The moment you decide to contact us via email or by calling us directly we will walk you though initially with a brief introduction, answer your questions. In order to serve you better you will be requested to answer few basic questions when responding via email or by telephone. This introduction part will take few minutes so that the both parties can develop an understanding and take an initial step to plan a strategy for the medical journey you are seriously considering.

Things to do before sending us your medical transcript

  1. Make sure your local physician is aware that you are going overseas for a surgery
  2. Make sure that you are medically fit to take the trip.
  3. Make sure that you are somewhat familiar about the medical procedure.
  4. Ask us as many questions about the trip as you would like.

Talk to your local Doctor
You need to have a clear consent from your local doctor. Find out what about your surgical procedures or other medical conditions, gather all the medical documents and reports so that when we talk to the hospitals and the doctors for you we can provide them the right picture. Also we might or the doctor’s office abroad may contact you local doctor regarding your medical diagnosis and you should keep your local doctor in the loop. We recommend that patients inform their regular physician of the upcoming procedure so that they may receive their follow-up care locally. We can arrange any necessary communication between the surgeon and your physician as requested.

Finding a hospital overseas
After reviewing your medical requirements and initial correspondence we will search for appropriate hospital from our list which consists of several world class state of the art accredited institutions and also best known for accommodating foreign patients.

Finding a doctor overseas
At the same time you will be informed about the doctors or surgeons who will take care of your medical requirements. Our partnering hospitals are world class facilities with renowned surgeons and renowned doctors.

Make arrangement for medical trip
Prior to your trip there are few items that needs to be taken care of. We will send you the list via e-mail or fax which ever is convenient for you

During your stay overseas
Your Host Country Manager will visit you at least twice a day (more if it is necessary and maybe less – if you request) to make sure that your medical needs are being met. Please remember SERVICE is what we are comprised of, and your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

After returning home
We will call you to make sure that your medical journey was what you expected and we highly recommend that you follow-up with your regular physician for any follow-up care. Of course if there is any communication necessary between your surgeon and your physician we will assist you.
